  Save yourself some agony and go with a different company. Botched install leaked in numerous places on day one. I placed 19 calls over 11 months and each time they promised to correct the install. They never fixed it (Including after having the owner apologize by email). I have a claim in with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the frustration go with one of their competitors.
  
  Did it help when they said the crew that installed it was fired? No.
  Did they promise to fix the botched install? Yes, every time I called. They were really nice...sounding. The owner apologized and he even came out, looked at it and promised to fix it. That was over a month ago.
  Did they fix it in a timely manner? No. It has been leaking for the past 11 months.
  How many complaints have you logged on different companies? NONE. This is my first complaint I've posted in my life. This company has earned it!
  
  Pity you can't give less than one star.
