- GPS Instructor Added 2017-09-28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I purchased ceiling grid and tiles. Shipper in yard can't count and wanted to open a new pack to take tiles out. After I explained the quantity and to leave pack sealed shipper accused me of trying to steal product. I went into store to speak to his boss and same shipper saw me and started screaming.
I left my info with order desk. Manager called me later and apologized. She explained this fellas short comings. I was left with an apology after getting accused of being a thief. I am tired of Rona's ill treatment. I shop primarily at Kelly Lake Lumber now. They take the time to quote jobs and are pleasant to deal with.
Rona lost 100% of my business.
